Can I try Savanika for free?
Yes. You can try Savanika free for 14 days with no obligation — no credit card required. You start immediately with the full feature set. After the trial you decide at your own pace: access simply ends, nothing is charged. If you want to continue, you order a plan yourself under “Abo” — the invoice arrives by e-mail and is paid by bank transfer.
What counts as a property, and what as a unit?
A property is a building or plot with its own address: an apartment building, a commercial building, a standalone garage block. Only properties are counted and paid for.
A unit is anything inside a property that is let separately under its own contract: a flat, a shop or office space, a cellar, a storage room, a garage, a parking space, a piece of land. You may have any number of units — they do not affect the price.
If you manage just one flat in someone else's building, that counts as one property for your plan.
Why per building instead of per unit?
With per-unit pricing the bill grows with every flat. Not here: units are unlimited on every plan, and only buildings are counted. An apartment block with forty flats costs the same as one with four. What other providers charge is best checked with them directly.
Is there a minimum term?
No, there is no minimum contract term, and no setup fee either. Consumers may cancel at any time with one month's notice to the end of a month, even mid-way through an annual period — full months already paid for are refunded (§ 6 Abs. 3 of our terms). Businesses cancel to the end of the current billing period, which on annual payment means the end of the contract year (§ 6 Abs. 4 of our terms).
What happens to my data after the trial?
Your data is preserved. Activate a plan and continue seamlessly. If you decide against it, we export your data or delete it completely on request — GDPR-compliant, hosted in Germany. In any case you can export the complete data set yourself at any time as a ZIP archive. It costs nothing: § 8 of our terms implements Chapter VI of Regulation (EU) 2023/2854 — we charge no fee for switching to another provider or for the data export.
Can I change plans later?
Anytime. As your portfolio grows, simply move to the next higher plan — all modules stay the same, only the limits for buildings and AI analyses change. If you exceed the number of buildings in your plan, we point it out; under § 5 Abs. 9 of our terms there is no automatic switch to a more expensive plan without your consent. If the monthly AI analyses are not enough, another 100 are available on request for 20 € — they do not expire. And every new workspace starts with a one-off credit of 100 analyses.
How do I get my existing data in?
You import properties, units, leases and tenants from Excel or CSV lists, and bank transactions via MT940 and CAMT.
You run the import yourself in the setup wizard; if questions come up, the support included in your plan helps.
Anything that cannot be matched unambiguously is shown by the import instead of being accepted silently.
If you would like us to carry out the data transfer for you, that is a separate service: write to us and we will agree on scope and price. It is not included in any plan.
